I am addicted to Hojas Masala Tea. I can't stop thinking about it! It's the perfect blend of warming spices and a touch of sweet coconut cream. It's so deliciously addictive! The prices are a bit high, but no regrets after having a cup. It's amazing!v The vibe is nice, but the place is really small/tight and it's not the best place for hanging around to work. It's small and it's a bit loud. There's always people there. It's a pretty popular spot.

This tea spot is very popular with tourists staying at the hotel across the street. It has a wide variety of tea options, some coffee and some food options. For vegan items, they have a cookie, an avocado toast and salad. Most food items you would have to customize to make vegan. They have plenty of seating inside and out.

This is the only Tea House in town who still uses quality ingredients. The food is pretty good too. I can't eat the desserts but they look delicious. My fav is their steel cut oatmeal. They also have decaf chai!

Wonderful tea/coffee place across from the Crown Plaza…..perfect steel cut oats and mocha latte!! Husband had the ham and cheese croissant and drip coffee…..spent $21! Excellent quality food and awesome vibe and sweet staff! Will definitely come here again.

Stopped in for a coffee. First time. Didn't eat, but the menu looked very good. Look forward to trying some stuff out. Good service, great coffee (drip, black).

wow i really love this place! came here when it was fairly busy but still got my drink and sandwiches in speedy time employees very nice. they have a great selection and they have wifi too. my boyfriend enjoyed his sourdough turkey cranberry and i enjoyed my avocado toast but added bacon and with chipotle sauce

Stumbled into this pleasant surprise and experience in the heart of "Little Italy" San Pedro. Everyone should drop in for the best made fresh sandwiches in the area. The Turkey Verde and Roast Beef Sandwiches were perfect in every way. New York Cheesecake was yummy and there are many other selections that I'm sure will please.
